Thanks for stopping by. My name is Judith and I was diagnosed Coeliac in 2003. I’ve gained a lot of experience in both gluten free eating out, but more importantly eating in! Before I was diagnosed, I enjoyed cooking but since my diagnosis, I’ve discovered a real passion for home cooking. As a result I have built up quite a repertoire of gluten free recipes which I am looking forward to sharing.
I am a passionate believer that gluten free food should most definitely not be taste free. I was one of the winner’s of the inaugural Easy Food Magazine, Home Cook Hero Awards. This gave me some confidence in the gluten free food that I’m cooking! So whether you’re coeliac or cooking for a coeliac family member or friend, I hope you find the recipes useful.
I’m a busy mum to two little men who are full of beans and energy. That means, some dinners are a rush in between their activities and some meals I have more time to spend on them. I live in Dublin but I grew up in County Down. How did I end up here? I met my husband at uni in Glasgow and decided to follow him back to his hometown!
Feel free to get in touch if you’re struggling to cook gluten free. I’ll do my best to help
